It’s just been a week and a half since Google’s Nexus One has been released, and the rumors have already spread like wildfire. Many [Apple fans] are already screaming for the next-generation Apple iPhone, and even though it HAS NOT BEEN CONFIRMED, many are calling it the iPhone 4G. Apparently, there have been rumors and leaks coming out of France and South Korea saying there will be a May 2010 release of the”iPhone 4G”.
Apple has been releasing all of their Apple iPhone during each summer, but the hopeful are praying that the release of the Nexus One will push Apple into releasing the phone early. Even a Korean newspaper is claiming that the parts of the new 4G model will be sent for testing in April of this year pointing to a possible May release date.
Even more unreal are the spec’s of the iPhone 4G:
- OLED screen for a much brighter, sharper and more battery efficient display
- Dual-Core processor capable of handling heavier tasks such as multitasking more efficiently
- And guess what: a removable battery pack and cover.
- Camera with 5.0 megapixels, and HD recording
- Video calling via a second front-facing camera
Sounds, well, sounds great. However, don’t get too excited: these are just
rumors. I’ll keep you updated on it, although I’m sure it’ll turn out like thePSP-3000/4000/new PSP rumor.
