Alienware's New Gaming Laptop, the M11x
Today at CES, Alienware flashed a brand new 11-inch gaming laptop. They call it “the most powerful gaming laptop in the universe.”
The M11x boasts a battery life of 6 1/2 hours, HD 720p resolution, and is supposedly going to sell for under $1,000.
Gizmodo reports that the laptop can run Crysis at 50 frames-per-a-second and Call of
Duty at 30 frames-per-a-second both on high settings. They also say that the portable rig hits 3D mark scores in the 6,000 to 7,000 range.
In their press release, Alienware stated that that the M11x “demonstrates the graphics power of a 15-inch laptop in an 11-inch form factor.”
Looks like I better start saving up for it.
